Social Creative Strategist

…you’ve spent the last few years mainly scheduling posts, filling content calendars, writing captions and following best practices.

We’re not looking for someone who thinks social media is about ‘three reels a week’ and copying-pasting trends. 

We’re looking for somebody obsessed with social media culture, ideas and making things people actually want to watch. Somebody that lives on socials and understands how to speak the language of it via content. 

What you’ll do:

You’ll develop social-first strategies, concepts and formats for brands that deserve better than ending up in the endless landfill of forgettable brand content.

You understand that every piece of content is competing with creators, memes, podcasts, sports highlights and group chats. You respect the audience’s time and attention and create work that earns it.

You’ll turn insights, trends and cultural signals into content ideas people not only just want to watch, but also want to share and talk about. You’ll work closely with creators, producers and clients to build content ecosystems that feel native to the internet, not like advertising pretending to be.

You’ll write content storyboards and scripts that both follow the science of the content hook, the content retention flow and also has a radically original flavour to it. 

And you’ll be on set sometimes directing your concept to life, and capturing those priceless spontaneous moments that only a pro in vertical content can spot.

  • The ability to turn insights into formats, campaigns and content series.
  • Strong strategic thinking and clear communication.
  • Curiosity, humility and an obsession with making better work.
  • Somebody who understands that the audience doesn’t owe brands their attention but brands have to earn it.

Compensation:

Great work deserves great compensation.Salary depends on experience, we’re looking for someone senior and highly skilled, so we’ll make sure the compensation reflects that.
