Employer Branding Influencer Marketing – Post
Brief
Development of an influencer strategy with an employer branding focus for the Austrian Post. The goal was to use sketches to illustrate how influencers Bruman Rockner, Billie Steirisch and Paul der Papst envision their daily lives at the Post. Additionally, the aim was to target a younger audience who will soon make decisions about their future careers.
Results
The videos created by the influencers resulted in a significant boost in impressions for the Post channel. Stereotypes, which sometimes had a negative connotation, were transformed into funny everyday bloopers through the sketches. Additionally, there was an increase in job applications from the younger target audience.
