We invest in the growth of our team members on a regular basis. Every team member has a budget of 800,- EUR per year, which they can spend on all sorts of trainings, workshops or conferences.

A Wurst team member’s gotta’ eat! Each month, we sit down for breakfast and lunch together. The company shouts the food and drinks, and the team takes care of the good conversation and laughs.

Home office & remote work
We’re built so that our team can work from wherever – from home or in the Wurst office. We also offer that our team works remotely, anywhere in the world, for two weeks a year.

Team Events
