The Wurst Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Vienna’s 9th district. We are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (Senior) based in Vienna.

Stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the primary client contact for strategic and creative discussions related to social media marketing.
  • You’ll be leading a team of social media managers and content creators
  • You’ll be developing content concepts for all channels (focus: TikTok and Instagram) for a range of clients
  • You’ll be responsible for some content planning
  • Oversee team activities and provide hands-on support during busy periods.
  • Conduct research on tools and trends to optimise social media performance.
  • You set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns
  • You’ll be developing multichannel strategies and creative concepts

Qualifications and skills needed:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing
  • A deep understanding of social media marketing and content marketing
  • You have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, which includes conceptual details and technical possibilities of individual platforms.
  • You have a creative mind and know how to create outstanding, top-level content
  • You’re solutions-orientated and can work under pressure
  • You enjoy leading and supporting teams while also passing on your know-how
  • Your project management skills are on point
  • You’re fluent in written German, and have excellent English skills

  • This position is advertised with a monthly gross minimum salary of € 3.200,- on the basis of a 38.5-hour week. Salary will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience.
