Performance Marketing Specialist (all genders)

We are a fast-growing content marketing agency based in Vienna’s 6th district. We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist (all genders) based in Vienna.

The hard facts:

  • Part/Full-time (min. 30h/week), in Vienna

 

Stuff you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the voice of numbers and data in a room of creatives
  • You will lead, build, develop and optimise paid digital media (focus on paid social, but also paid search, display advertising and other channels) for clients and our own brands/the agency
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and creation teams to run holistic digital marketing campaigns that include A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best
  • Optimise marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition and efficiently scale new customers
  • Build a data and reporting structure to enable continuous testing, learning and optimization
  • Test new channels and trends

Qualifications and skills needed:

  • You have a background in marketing & communication, preferably with a focus on digital marketing
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in the areas of social media advertising, ideally coming from an agency
  • You have solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • You can manage budgets and campaigns across all channels to drive strong return on investment and executing a strategy to reach key KPIs, and feel comfortable with that responsibility
  • You know the little tricks and hacks associated with settings for your ad campaigns, how to run tests and how to scale your ads
  • You possess on-point organisational and analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to come up with insights & recommendations that can be put into action
  • You are an analytical thinker and do who is driven by numbers and performance, and you know how to communicate numbers to a bunch of creatives and/or clients
  • You love working in a team, but also love doing your own thing in your own way
  • Our company languages are English and German. You need to be able to feel comfortable speaking and writing in either language.

Nice to have, but NO MUST:

  • You can provide advertising or editorial texts, or can at least give directions regarding ad copy
  • You have an eye for design and are able to implement simple graphic adaptations

  • This position is advertised with a monthly gross minimum salary of €3,000 on the basis of a 40-hour week. This amount is the basis and will be adjusted after an interview and depending on your qualifications and experience.
